Helft den Mainzelmännchen?

In Deutschland gibt’s ja für so ziemlich alles eine Bürgerinitiative, man kann sich ja auch über so ziemlich alles aufregen, stimmt’s. Helft den Mainzelmännchen wendet sich in diesem Sinne an das ZDF, und fordert die sofortige Abschaffung der neuen Mainzelmännchen und die Wiedereinsetzung der Original-Maizel, back to the roots sozusagen. Mir persönlich ist ja das... 

Krank?

Am Arbeitsplatz im Büro nisten angeblich mehr Krankheitserreger als auf der Toilette. Zu diesem Ergebnis kommt jedenfalls eine am Donnerstag veröffentlichte Studie der Universität des US-Bundesstaates Arizona. Demnach sind auf der Computertastatur, der Maus und dem Telefon bis zu 400 Mal mehr Mikroben zu finden als auf dem Toilettensitz. futurezone.ORF.at

CSS 2.1

Am 25. Februar hat das W3C die “Candidate Recommendation” für CSS 2.1 veröffentlicht. Das Dokument fällt zunächst einmal dadurch auf, das wenig eingefügt, viel aber gestrichen wurde (im Vergleich zum uralten CSS 2.0 (1998)). In den Standard aufgenommen wurde z.B. eine neue benannte Farbe: ‘orange’ (Wert: #ffA500, ich persönlich hätte ja #ff922E bevorzugt 😉 und...

Very interesting: TLC :: Hackers: Computer Outlaws, where you can find out what hacking is and who the hackers are (those who are known), they are listed in the hackers hall of fame. 

Another Orkut-Google-Theory

Some people say, that Google initiated Orkut to build up profiles for tageted advertising. Or to become the real big brother of the 21st century. Jeremy Zawodny has a better theory: Those that do seem to speculate about “applying your social network to search” and other exotic stuff, but I’m thinking of something far more...
